Instead, break down your larger overall goal into smaller, achievable steps. For example, if you want to lose 10 pounds, start by aiming for 5 pounds or 2% body fat reduction instead of the full 10 pounds. This will make the process seem more manageable and increase your chances of success.
Tip #2: Find an Accountability Partner
Having an accountability partner who is also on a weight loss journey can be incredibly helpful in staying motivated and keeping yourself accountable for reaching your goals. You can encourage each other and keep each other focused on the end goal.

Keeping a food journal or using a fitness tracker can help you identify areas where you need improvement so that you can continue making progress towards reaching your final goal. Additionally, tracking progress helps ensure that even small successes don’t go unnoticed—which gives us additional motivation to keep going!
