Have you ever met someone who seemed to have it all, but still felt like something was missing? Maybe they were in great shape and had an impressive job, but they just couldn’t seem to move on with their life and reach their big goals.

Chances are, they haven’t broken free from their past. You can work out and eat healthy, but if you don’t deal with the stuff that’s going on in your head and heart, you will never be truly healthy. Let’s explore how we can break free from our past and reach our goals.
What is Holding You Back?

The first step towards breaking free from your past is to recognize what is holding you back. It could be anything from a traumatic experience to an attitude about yourself or the world that is preventing you from achieving greatness. Once you have identified these blocks, it’s time to take action.
Reconnecting With Yourself

The next step is reconnecting with yourself so that you can start believing in your own power again. This means taking time for self-care – going for hikes, meditating, journaling – whatever works for YOU! This is important because when we take care of ourselves, we create a space where we can start to heal any pain points that are holding us back. When we heal those pain points and replace them with positive affirmations and beliefs about ourselves, we become empowered to take on any challenge without fear of failure or rejection.
Creating New Habits

Finally, once we have reconnected with ourselves and released any blocks that are hindering our progress, it’s time to create new habits that will support us in our journey forward. This means creating routines around getting enough sleep, eating nutritious foods, exercising regularly – whatever habits will help propel us forward towards our goals! And remember—it takes 21 days to form a new habit so don’t give up if it doesn’t feel natural at first!
Breaking free from the things in your past can be hard work but it pays off when you start making progress towards achieving your dreams! By recognizing what is holding you back; reconnecting with yourself; and creating new habits that support your growth—you will find the courage within yourself to reach for the stars!
So make sure to take some time today for self-care so that tomorrow you can go after your biggest goals without fear of judgement or failure!

The Conversation That Still Haunts Me
I’ll never forget him. A guy I used to work with when I was still driving. Sharp. Dependable. The kind of guy everyone liked. But underneath all that? You could see it—he was empty. Same truck. Same hours. Same paycheck. And the same look in his eyes… Like life had slowly drained the color out…
